Duty of Responsibility

When you've been in an accident, whether it's in a car or in a store or any place where someone owes you a duty of care, and through no fault of your own, you have been injured because that duty of care was breached, it can be a scary and confusing time. Often times, you may be contacted by a representative of an insurance company on behalf of the at fault party. Remember that as pleasant or friendly as they may seem, these individuals work for the insurance companies. They do not have your best interest in mind. When you have been in an accident, contact my office for a free consultation. I have been representing Marylanders in personal injury claims for nearly 30 years, and I look forward to discussing your case with you.
